In 4mm hook, the base is sc in a spiral, then slipped together. Ch 3

The First Row (using 5mm)

” “dc once, chain 1” repeat twice, then dc once, chain 2.” Repeat this process around base. Slip stitch together. Ch 3.

The Second Row

FPDC around crochet previous DC, PC on ch 1 and ch 2 stitches. Slip stitch. Ch 2.

The Third Row

“Front-post half-double crochet around previous FPDC and ch 1” Repeat around and slip stitch.

Row 4-X

Alternate 2nd and 3rd row.

Cord Threading Row

Front post treble crochet around, slip stitch. Repeat row 2 and row 3.

Cord 

Chain to desired length.
Single Crochet the length back.
Single Crochet into the bottom through the length.
Fold the Cord into a tube and crochet the two sides together. Thread through trebles. Add bobbles to each end.
